The Technology
Stereoscopic visualization is based on composite images that contain both left and right eye information on a line-by-line basis. Through the use of eyewear (in most cases), this data is interpreted by the brain as having depth beyond the physical display plane and creates a sense of immersion within the scene.
Applications
Stereoscopic content can be developed and utilized for:
- Doctors Offices - Unique Patient Education Experience
- Medical Schools - Enhanced Learning Method for Students
- Hospitals - Presurgical Planning and Training
- Corporate - Investor and Tradeshow Demonstrations
- General Public - Through Internet/Cable/Satellite Programming
Hardware
Software
- No software required
